Cambridgeport Highlights
Another small town in VT that is unincorporated is the village of Cambridgeport which is located in the town of Grafton. Near the NH border in Southern VT, it is named after J.T. Cambridge, a resident who opened a clothing business in 1825. The Smith Family Sugar Shack, having three generations of working boiling maple sap stations, is open to the public in the Spring, selling maple products. It is one of the longest running sugar bush operations in the state of VT. D&R General Store, selling local handmade crafts, maple products and hunting licenses, is also a big game reporting station. Restaurants and lodging can be found in surrounding towns.
