Known for its iconic common (King’s Square) and a bandstand that was built in 1875, you will want to stop for a while to take in this lovely area. Seeing its snowy white fields between the mountain passages as people approached, its name was derived. Clear, cool air brings people to Whitefield along with its beautiful surroundings.
